These Terms of Service govern the relationship between "Varna Gardens" (EIK 207736010), with registered address at 27 Konstantin Iliev St., floor 1, apt. 5, Primorski district, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria ("Provider", "we") and the users of the website varnagardens.com ("Customer", "you"). By using the website and requesting a service, you accept these terms.
Varna Gardens provides gardening services — mowing, shaping and pruning of plants, fertilizing, irrigation, weeding, trimming, mulching, and related garden maintenance and landscaping activities in Varna and the surrounding region.
The website is used to present our services and to receive inquiries and requests through the contact form and the booking form.
A service request is considered submitted once the booking form on the "Booking" page is completed and sent, including name, phone, email, address, selected option (one-time service or subscription plan), and selected services.
A submitted request does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking. The Provider will contact the Customer to confirm the date, scope, and price of the service. A service agreement is considered concluded only after confirmation by the Provider, given verbally or in writing.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (address, contact details, scope of requested work).
Service prices are determined individually based on the scope of work, the area, and the specifics of the site, and are communicated to the Customer before the service is performed.
Payment is made by a method agreed between the parties (cash, bank transfer, or another agreed method), after the service has been performed, unless otherwise agreed.
The Customer may cancel or change a booking by contacting the Provider using the contact details provided, within a reasonable time before the scheduled service date.
The Provider reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or cancel a request where performance is not possible (adverse weather conditions, lack of access to the site, insufficient information, or other objective reasons), and will notify the Customer accordingly.
Services are carried out by the Varna Gardens team with the diligence of a good professional and in accordance with good gardening practice.
The Customer must ensure safe access to the site and inform the Provider of any specific features of the property (irrigation systems, fences, pets, sensitive plants, etc.) that may affect performance.
The Provider is not liable for damage caused by missing or inaccurate information provided by the Customer about the site, or for pre-existing issues with vegetation or infrastructure.
The Provider is not liable for force majeure, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions that prevent performance of the service within the agreed timeframe.
The content of the website — text, images, logo, and graphic elements — is owned by Varna Gardens or used under a valid license and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
The processing of personal data submitted through the contact and booking forms is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the "Privacy" page.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from them shall be resolved amicably, or otherwise by the competent Bulgarian court.
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. The current version is always available on this page, together with the date of the last update.
