Privacy Policy

June 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes what personal data "Varna Gardens" (EIK 207736010) collects, processes, and stores through the website varnagardens.com, and the rights you have in relation to it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

1. Data Controller

The controller of your personal data is "Varna Gardens", EIK 207736010, address: 27 Konstantin Iliev St., floor 1, apt. 5, Primorski district, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria, email: varnagardens@gmail.com, phone: +359 889 432 671.

2. What Data We Collect

Through the contact form, we collect: name, email address, phone number, and the content of the message you send.

Through the booking form, we collect: name, email address, phone number, site address, selected service/plan and, optionally, photos of your garden or green area that you attach to the request.

We do not collect payment data through the website — payments are agreed and made outside the platform.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your data in order to respond to inquiries, organize and carry out requested services, send you an email confirmation, and provide you with quality service.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), as well as the Provider's legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. How We Store and Process Data

Data submitted through the forms is stored in a Firestore database and Firebase Storage (Google Cloud), and the website is hosted on the Vercel platform. These are infrastructure service providers that process data solely on our instructions and do not use it for their own purposes.

When a booking is submitted, we automatically send a confirmation email (via our mail server) and an internal notification to a Varna Gardens administrator by email and/or Viber, solely for the purpose of timely processing of the request.

5. Retention Period

We retain data from inquiries and bookings for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal obligation (e.g. accounting legislation) or to protect the Provider's legitimate interest in the event of a dispute.

6. Cookies

The website does not use cookies for advertising or statistical tracking (we do not use Google Analytics or similar tools). Only strictly necessary cookies or local storage may be used to remember your selected language.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure ("right to be forgotten"); restrict processing; object to processing; and data portability.

To exercise these rights, you can contact us at varnagardens@gmail.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), www.cpdp.bg, if you believe your rights have been violated.

8. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including through trusted infrastructure providers (Google Firebase, Vercel).

9. Children

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, together with the date of the last update.
